The Leiden International Medical Student Conference (LIMSC) is the largest biennial conference for medical and biomedical students in the world. The eighth edition will take place in the Netherlands on March 13th-17th 2013.

LIMSC offers talented students from all over the world the opportunity to present their research project to an international audience via an oral or a poster presentation. The research presented will include a wide variety of (bio-)medical topics and is not bound to one specific theme.

The presentation sessions will be interspersed with lectures from prominent guest speakers, interactive workshops, a range of social events.

LIMSC aims to let students, either presenting or visiting participants, experience high-level research and to learn from leading figures in the academic world. Furthermore, the unique Career & Internship Fair will provide possibilities for international internship and future career perspectives.
