Foreign office would like to inform, that Volgograd State Medical University received a note of thanks from Her Excellency Ms. Vorobyeva Lyudmila Georgievna, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Malaysia. In this letter Ms. Vorobyeva expresses her appreciation to the University and to the Rector Vladimir I. Petrov personally for developing of scientific and cultural relationships between Russia and Malaysia.

The representatives of Volgograd State Medical University associate professor I.N. Iezhitsa, associate professor A.V. Krasilnikova, faculty member V.V. Khlebnikov, as well as ex-employee of the University professor M.Y. Kapitonova are engaged in teaching and scientific activity at the medical faculties of Universities of Malaysia for many years.

Lyudmila Georgievna highly appreciates that they organize scientific researches in cooperation with Russian medical schools, involve Malaysian scientists and medical students in several scientific events in Russia, as well as invite Russian scientists to participate in Malaysian Forums.

All of these efforts promote partnership between Russia and Malaysia, show high professionalism of Russian doctors and offer opportunities for collaboration.
